Stacey E. Aldridge, LMSW is a mental health professional, in the Jackson, MS area. Stacey’s focus is holistic mental health and the mind-body connection. Stacey earned her Master’s in Social Work at Jackson State University, where she graduated with honors. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Social Services from Belhaven University. Her areas of interest include: physical health and lifestyle as they relate to mental health; personality disorders; healthy relationships and codependency; and eating disorders.

In the past, Stacey has worked in the non-profit sector and as a freelance social media consultant specializing in non-profit organizations. Stacey lives in Ridgeland, Mississippi with her two rescue dogs, her partner Jon, his son Ian, and their Jack Russell terrier. She spends her free time reading and writing about relationships, communication, and emotional health. She also enjoys spending time in nature, working out, making recipes from pinterest, learning about makeup, and anything related to music.
