Stacey E. Aldridge, LMSW is a social worker and mental health professional in the Jackson, MS area. Stacey’s focus is holistic mental health and the mind-body connection. Stacey is currently working with Kindred Hospice (formerly Gentiva), finishing her LCSW supervision, and pursuing a post-graduate certificate in grief counseling. She is not able to see individual therapy clients at this time.

Stacey earned her Master’s in Social Work at Jackson State University, where she graduated with honors. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Social Services from Belhaven University. Her therapeutic areas of focus include:

  • grief and the process of grieving
  • depression recovery
  • physical health and lifestyle as they relate to mental health
  • eating disorders
  • personality disorders including Borderline Personality Disorder and thriving after narcissistic abuse
  • healthy relationships and codependency

In the past, Stacey has worked in the non-profit sector and as a freelance social media consultant. Stacey lives in Ridgeland, Mississippi with her two rescue dogs, her husband Jon and his Jack Russell terrier. She spends her free time reading and writing about relationships, communication, and emotional health. She also enjoys spending time in nature, working out, makeup artistry, and anything related to music.
